The Zipper Club

It's Tuesday night and all is quiet.  The boys both had bad colds so last night sucked.  They were much better today so we shall see.  We did have a nice visit today.  Justin and his girlfriend are in from Washington State.  It was great to see them.  Also Elaine and family are in from Atlanta.  Luckily we don't have many plans over the next few days so hopefully we will get to see them a lot.

I think this was last Friday morning.  Ariel put on a show for the babies.

I was sent this during the day.  Eli enjoying a Ben and Irv's pickle.
I picked up Ariel and she decided to try and join the Zipper Club. All she had to do was zipper her jacket herself.  These boys weren't paying attention, they had something else going on!
Ariel and Charlie were both able to do it!

Short clip of the Zipper Club song.

Moving along on the alphabet.
Friday night was bingo night at Aden's school.  It was their biggest turnout ever.
Ready to go!
Ariel found her buddy Shane.
Aden found the Jasons.
Ariel talked to everyone.
So they play 12 games.  We went a couple of times last year and through 12 games this night Aden didn't win any games.  He didn't care about the prizes, just wanted to win.  For the bonus round, they turned the bongo board around and filled in 40 numbers.  When they turned it back,  the first person to fill in the whole card won an iPad.
Aden got all except 4.  Nobody had them all so they picked more numbers.  Aden got Bingo!
Look at his face!  Such relief.  So excited!  Problem was, after they checked his card another girl came up with a winning ticket.  Even though for every other game the first one to call Bingo won, this time they decided to let them pick numbers out of a hat.  The girl got the higher number and the iPad.  Aden got a $20 gift card to Game Stop.  Believe it or not, he is still excited and thinks he got the better deal.  He said he really didn't want the iPad because he already had one and doesn't really understand the value of money so thinks the gift card is of equal value.  As long as he is happy.
