Last Thursday was Thanksgiving and we hosted! Our moms did most of the cooking thankfully. I had to keep the boys busy in the morning. Amy was enthralled with the Macy's and local Thanksgiving Day Parades. The kids weren't interested.
This was a bit dangerous. They were sliding down the steps onto the pad. I was in the kitchen all afternoon making brussel sprouts and green beans.
Candied bacon anyone?
Amy and the kids set up the tables.
Some sweets. We were going to sing to Ariel for her birthday.
Here they come!
Uncle Mark showing the girls how to do rainbow loom.
So much food!
It was a small crowd this year.
Everything was great.
The kids went wild of course.
Cake time!
Happy (almost) Birthday Ariel!
A mad tangle of kids.
I wasn't feeling well and went to bed early.
