We had an adventure that afternoon. The twins had a doctors appointment near Asbury Park, New Jersey about an hour away.
We decided to stay and have dinner so we parked by the beach and saw the Stone Pony bar where Bruce Springsteen got his start.
It was a new beach and boardwalk for us.
The beach was pretty crowded for a cool day in early May.
We found an arcade.
Went on the beach for a moment.
Pizza time. It was really good.
We walked around and saw a playground on the beach.
We drove a few blocks away to an area with stores and restaurants.
We found a cool place to eat. We actually watched the Guardians of the Galaxy Christmas special while we ate.
On the way back, we stopped at Peyton's house. Ariel and Tessa were sleeping over there, outside, in a tent!
The twins loved the trampoline.
We left the girls to their fun. Have a great weekend!
